Los Angeles Remodel

This home is located in Los Ange­les and is a project I co-designed and man­aged with the firm I work with. This project was a mid-scale remodel rework­ing exist­ing areas both inte­rior and exte­rior to improve both func­tional and aes­thetic aspects of the home. The foot­print of the home was min­i­mally increased by small addi­tions to the front of the home to give the front façade depth and inter­est; which included a reworked bed­room and bath­room plus the new larger front porch. The house pre­vi­ously had been a non­de­script box and that has been trans­formed into a modern-day inter­pre­ta­tion of the Cal­i­for­nia Crafts­man and Prairie styles.

I was given the oppor­tu­nity to pho­to­graph the home after it was com­peted, instead of our usual pho­tog­ra­pher and was both a great treat and an even bet­ter learn­ing experience.
