Los Angeles Remodel
This home is located in Los Angeles and is a project I co-designed and managed with the firm I work with. This project was a mid-scale remodel reworking existing areas both interior and exterior to improve both functional and aesthetic aspects of the home. The footprint of the home was minimally increased by small additions to the front of the home to give the front façade depth and interest; which included a reworked bedroom and bathroom plus the new larger front porch. The house previously had been a nondescript box and that has been transformed into a modern-day interpretation of the California Craftsman and Prairie styles.
I was given the opportunity to photograph the home after it was competed, instead of our usual photographer and was both a great treat and an even better learning experience.
